How long is a standard rental?

The standard rental is eight hours, excluding setup. Select your event times for the exact rate.

What does delivery cost?

Inflatable delivery includes the first 15 miles. Longer trips and non-inflatable-only orders may carry delivery charges. Tax is additional.

How do deposits work?

A 50% credit-card deposit reserves the equipment. The company accepts cash and credit cards; drivers do not carry cash change.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least eight days ahead for a full refund. Cancellations two to seven days ahead receive a one-year rain check. Contact the office for shorter notice.

What if the weather changes?

The team does not set up in rain, imminent rain or winds over 15 mph. Contact the office about weather rescheduling.

What should I check before booking?

Check the product’s space requirements, clear access and electricity. Water slides also need water access. Discuss stairs or difficult access before reserving.

Can you set up at a park?

Ask about permits, insurance documents and generator needs for your chosen park. Requirements vary by venue.

When will my rental arrive?

Most deliveries take place between 7 AM and noon. Contact the office if your event requires an earlier arrival.

How is equipment cleaned?

The company cleans, sanitizes and inspects inflatables between uses. An adult must supervise guests and follow the setup team’s instructions.
